摘　　要：目的:对我国住院医师规范化培训研究的演进、热点和发展趋势进行可视化分析,为我国住院医师规范化培训质量的提升和制度的完善提供参考。方法:运用CiteSpace软件对CNKI数据库中以住院医师规范化培训为主题的文献数据进行可视化分析。结果:对经筛选纳入3341篇文献进行可视化分析后发现,我国住院医师规范化培训研究的发文量总体呈逐年攀升趋势,研究内容主要集中在住培的教学模式、教学方法及教学质量等方面,最新研究热点是医学人文教育和思政教育。结论:我国住院医师规范化培训未来研究的重点,是突破当前关于教学模式、教学方法与质量的研究局限,搭建住培领域“研-教-学”交流平台、开展有组织的科研合作、加强系统性研究,并使住培研究紧跟时代科技前沿,进一步提升住培的质量和效果,为健康中国战略目标的实现培养更多德才兼备的医学人才。Objective To conduct visual analysis of the evolution,hot spots and development trends of the research on the standardized training of Chinese residents,provide references for the improvement of the quality of standardized training of Chinese residents and the system.Methods CiteSpace software was employed to conduct a visual analysis of the literature data concerning resident standardized training sourced from the CNKI database.Results From the visual examination of the 3,341 literature,it was observed that the number of publications concerning standardized training for Chinese residents has exhibited a consistent upward trend over the years.The primary research themes have centered on teaching models,instructional methods,and the quality of residency training.Recent focal points in research include medical humanities education and ideological and political education.Conclusion The future research on standardized resident training in China should be focused on breaking through the current limitations in research on teaching models,teaching methods,and quality,establishing a platform for exchanging research,teaching,and learning in the field of standardized resident training,conducting organized scientific cooperation,strengthening systematic research,and keeping up with the latest technological frontiers in the field,which can further enhance the quality and effectiveness of standardized resident training and better prepare more well-rounded medical talents to support the realization of the Healthy China strategy.
