摘　　要：目的:探讨隔代照料强度对中国老年人多维健康的影响机制及人群异质性,为基层及家庭老年人健康管理与服务提供参考。方法:基于“社区老年人健康与行为追踪调查”2023年数据,通过日常生活能力评定量表、流调中心抑郁自评量表等测量工具对2985名60岁及以上老年人进行调查,建立广义线性回归模型探讨隔代照料强度对老年人多维健康的影响效应及人群异质性,采用逐步检验法分析子女代际支持在隔代照料强度与老年人多维健康之间的影响机制。结果:研究对象平均年龄为(72.04±6.472)岁,隔代照料强度与老年人多维健康存在显著正相关(P<0.01),且影响存在城乡、性别和在职状况的差异,但随着照料强度的增加,产生的积极效应下降,隔代照料强度能够通过子女代际支持对老年人多维健康产生积极影响。结论:政府应加强普惠托育服务体系建设,家庭内部应合理安排老年人照料孙辈的强度,保持子女代际支持的均衡性和持久性,从而促进老年人的多维健康。Objective To explore the influence mechanism and population heterogeneity of intergenerational care intensity on the multidimensional health of Chinese older adults,and provide references for older adults health management and services in grassroots and family.Methods Based on the data from the"Community Elderly Health and Behavior Panel Study"(CEHBPS)in 2023,a total of 2985 older adults aged 60 and above were surveyed using measurement tools such as the Activities of Daily Living Scale and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale.A generalized linear regression model was established to explore the relationship between intergenerational care intensity and multidimensional health of older adults.The stepwise verification method was used to analyze the influence mechanism of intergenerational support on the relationship between intergenerational care intensity and multidimensional health of older adults.Results The average age of sampled people was 72.04±6.472.There was a significantly positive correlation between intergenerational caregiving intensity and the multidimensional health of older adults(P<0.01),and the influence varied by urban and rural areas,gender,and employment status.However,as the caregiving intensity increased,the positive effects decreased.Intergenerational care intensity could have a positive effect on the multidimensional health of older adults through intergenerational support from their children.Conclusion The government should strengthen the construction of inclusive childcare service systems,and families should reasonably arrange the intensity of grandparent caregiving for their grandchildren,maintain balance and persistence in intergenerational support to promote the multidimensional health of older adults.
