摘　　要：将ICD-9-CM-3的汉语拼音字母顺序索引纸质版转变成索引电子版Excel表,梳理出所有的索引路径19633条,包括有编码的索引路径和无编码的索引路径。总结注出现有25处,编码中方括号有62处,63个亚目或细目没有主导词和查找路径。编码员结合索引Excel表和手术操作分类代码国家临床版3.0(2022汇总版)系统地学习类目表,可以找对、找全主导词,多角度、全方位地掌握手术操作分类编码,更好地理解类目表中的不包括,方便初学者入门,检索便捷,准确编码。This article converted the paper version of the Chinese phonetic alphabetical index of ICD-9-CM-3 into an electronic index Excel table,and sorted out all 19,633 index paths,including coded index paths and non-coded index paths.There are 25 summary notes,62 square brackets[]in the code,and 63 subheadings or details have no dominant words and search paths.The coder combines the index Excel table and Surgical Operation Classification Code National Clinical Version 3.0(2022 Summary Edition)to systematically learn the category table.They can identify the correct and complete keywords,master the classification coding of surgical operations from multiple perspectives,gain a comprehensive understanding of what is not included in the category table,and facilitate beginners in getting started,searching conveniently,and coding accurately.
