摘　　要：本文报道1例淋巴细胞间质性肺炎的病例。患者主要症状为咳嗽、气短、乏力。胸部CT示双肺多发小结节、空洞和斑片状高密度影。经皮肺穿刺活检并多学科讨论后诊断为淋巴细胞间质性肺炎,糖皮质激素治疗后好转。通过分析该病例并复习相关文献,以提高临床医生对本病的认识。This article reported a case of lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia,presenting the main symptoms of cough,shortness of breath,fatigue.Chest computed tomography(CT)showed multiple small nodules,vesicles,and patchy high-density shadows in both lungs.Lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia was pathologically diagnosed after percutaneous lung puncture biopsy by a multidisciplinary team.The patient was improved after hormonal treatment.Through analyzing the current case and literature review,this case report aimed to improve the understanding of lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia.
