摘　　要：肺移植已成为终末期呼吸衰竭的重要治疗方式,但移植后的患者面临除排斥反应以外较多慢性并发症的增加,其中包括阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)。OSA特征是发作性的完全或部分上呼吸道阻塞。近年来国内外学者逐步开展了对肺移植术后并发OSA的血清标志物的相关研究,强调需要在临床实践中寻找有用、可行和可重复的血清学标志物来指导医疗决策。本文拟对近年来肺移植术后并发OSA的相关血清标志物的研究现状进行综述。Lung transplantation has become an important treatment for end-stage respiratory failure.Besides rejection,patients after lung transplantation are faced with more chronic complications,such as obstructive sleep apnea(OSA).OSA is characterized by episodes of complete or partial upper airway obstruction.In recent years,scholars at home and abroad have gradually conducted the study of serum markers of OSA after lung transplantation to highlight the use of valuable,feasible and reproducible serological markers in clinical practice to guide medical decision-making.This article reviewed the current status of serum markers of OSA after lung transplantation in recent years.
