摘 要:胆道闭锁(biliary atresia,BA)是一种以炎症性及纤维性闭塞为特征的围产期发病的严重胆管疾病,目前胆道闭锁的发病机制尚不完全清楚,近年来,越来越多的证据表明胆道闭锁的发病与免疫失调导致的细胞损伤有关。本文将对胆道闭锁发病机制中免疫调控与胆管细胞损伤进行综述。Biliary atresia(BA)is a severe cholestatic disease of the newborn,characterized by inflammatory and fibrotic obstruction of the bile ducts.Despite decades of research,the pathogenesis of BA remains incompletely understood.In recent years,accumulating evidence suggests that cellular injury induced by immune dysregulation may play a critical role in the development of BA.In this article,we provided a comprehensive review of the immunological mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of BA,specifically focusing on immune regulation and bile duct cell injury.
