摘  要:为提高铜合金轴瓦在甲醇燃料泄漏环境下的摩擦学性能和防腐性能,在CuPb24Sn表面采用液体喷涂法设计制备了Ti_(3)AlC_(2)和B_(4)C填充的环氧树脂(EP)涂层。通过电化学阻抗谱测试表征了复合涂层在体积比1∶9的甲酸与甲醇混合溶液中的耐腐蚀性能,并通过高频往复摩擦磨损试验研究了该涂层在甲酸+甲醇+润滑油复杂工况下的温升摩擦学性能和磨损机理。结果表明,所制备的Ti_(3)AlC_(2)和B_(4)C填充EP涂层具有优异的耐腐蚀性能。在甲酸+甲醇+润滑油的复杂工况下,涂层的摩擦系数随着温度的升高而减小,而涂层的磨损率随着温度的升高而增大。涂层在75℃下的磨痕较25℃更宽,磨痕表面出现了明显的犁沟效应。通过MS模拟计算,发现环氧树脂的抗剪切强度随温度升高而降低是导致涂层磨损率变化的主要原因。In order to enhance the tribological and anti-corrosion performance of copper alloy bearing bushes in methanol fuel leakage environ-ments,an epoxy resin(EP)coating filled with Ti_(3)AlC_(2) and B_(4)C was designed and prepared on the surface of CuPb24Sn by liquid spraying method.The corrosion resistance of the composite coating was characterized by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in a formic acid and methanol mixed solution with a volume ratio of 1:9,while its temperature rise tribological performance and wear mechanisms under complex 49 working conditions(formic acid+methanol+lubricating oil)were investigated through high-frequency reciprocating friction-wear tests.Re-sults showed that the Ti_(3)AlC_(2)-and B_(4)C-filled EP coating exhibited excellent corrosion resistance.Under the formic acid+methanol+lubrica-ting oil condition,the coating’s friction coefficient decreased with rising temperature,whereas its wear rate increased.At 75℃,the wear scar became wider than at 25℃,with evident ploughing effects observed on the worn surface.Materials Studio software was used for simulation cal-culation,and it was found that the decrease in shear strength of epoxy resin with increasing temperature was the main reason for the change in wear rate of coating.
