摘 要:本文以船舶涂装作业为背景,围绕长期困扰船舶防腐涂层质量的涂装工艺基材前处理问题,结合防腐涂层的失效机制和涂装工艺分析,从船舶实际工程中低表面处理涂装工艺的需求出发,系统描述了涂装施工表面前处理工艺现状、带锈涂料、锈层转化剂应用现状,区分了带锈涂料、锈层转化剂的类型及其在低表面处理防腐涂装领域的作用机理,并对低表面处理涂装技术未来的研究方向进行了总结和展望。Focusing on ship coating operations,this paper addressed the issue of substrate pretreatment in coating processes,which has long plagued the quality of ship anticorrosive coatings.By analyzing the failure mechanisms of anticorrosive coatings and the coating process,and considering the demand for low surface treatment coating processes in actual ship engineering,the current status of surface pretreatment proces-ses,rust-tolerant coatings,and rust converter applications in ship coatings was systematically described.The types of rust-tolerant coatings and rust converters were differentiated,and their functional mechanisms in low surface treatment anticorrosive coatings were discussed.Finally,the future research directions of low surface treatment coating technologies were summarized and prospected.
