摘　　要：病案复印登记系统是病案复印管理工作中的一项重要管理工具,具备快速登记和查询复印信息,准确考量复印工作负荷与效率等作用,在医院病案管理中得到广泛应用。本文旨在利用Excel的数据处理功能结合VisualBasic宏语言构建一款集病案复印登记、信息存储、数据分析为一体的管理系统,实现在零投入的基础上将病案复印管理工作向系统化管理、信息化管理的转变。本文通过罗列病案复印登记系统功能需求,梳理复印登记流程与系统构架,明确各工作表功能划分与设置,成功构建出基于Excel VBA的病案复印登记系统。该系统的成功启用,有效减少了病案复印岗的手工登记任务,保障了病案复印工作负荷的及时统计与评价,提高了病案复印窗口的工作效率与管理能力,有利于归档病案的快速查询与准确定位,为提高病案复印工作精细化管理水平提供一项可行方案。The medical record copying registration system is an important tool in medical record management,providing quick registration and retrieval of copying information, accurately assessing workload and efficiency, and is widely used in hospital record management. This article aims to use Excel's data processing capabilities combined with Visual Basic for Applications(VBA) to build a management system that integrates medical record copying registration, information storage, and data analysis, transforming medical record copying management toward a systematic and information-based approach, all with zero investment. This study outlines the functional requirements of the medical record copying registration system, organizes the copying registration process and system architecture, clarifies the functional division and setup of each worksheet, and successfully constructs a medical record copying registration system based on Excel VBA. The successful implementation of this system has effectively reduced the manual registration tasks of the medical record copying post, ensured timely statistics and evaluation of the workload of medical record copying, improved the work efficiency and management ability of the medical record copying window, and facilitated the rapid query and accurate positioning of archived medical records, providing a feasible solution for improving the level of refined management of medical record copying work.
