厦门市某医院病床使用效率综合评价

摘　　要：目的 对某医院病床使用效率进行综合评价,为进一步优化医院病床使用提供证据支持。方法选取厦门市某医院2023年1月1日-12月31日37个病区的病床使用率、周转次数、工作日和出院者平均住院日四项指标,应用TOPSIS法进行综合分析与评价。结果 2023年某医院平均病床使用率88.04%,病床周转次数44次,病床工作日321.36天,出院者平均住院日7.26天。眼科、儿科、感染疾病科、泌尿外科的病床使用效率最高,Ci值分别为0.676,0.503,0.497,0.487;神经外科、重症医学一科、重症医学二科、胸心外科的病床使用效率最低,Ci值分别为:0.016,0.07,0.114,0.116。结论 医院不同病区病床使用综合效率不一样,既有病床资源浪费也有病床资源闲置的情况;医院应当结合各病区各指标情况和运营数据,合理调配床位资源,提高病床使用效率。Objectives This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the efficiency of bed utilization in a hospital and provide evidence support for further optimizing the use of hospital beds. Methods TOPSIS method was used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the four indexes, including bed utilization rate, turnover times, working days and average hospitalization days, in 37 wards of a hospital in Xiamen City from January 1, 2023 to December 31,2023. Results In 2023, the average bed utilization rate of a hospital was 88.04%, the number of bed turnover was 44 times, the working days of beds were 321.36 days, and the average hospitalization days of discharged patients were 7.26 days. Ophthalmology, pediatrics, infectious diseases and urology had the highest bed use efficiency,with Ci values of 0.676, 0.503, 0.497 and 0.487, respectively. The use efficiency of beds in neurosurgery, the first department of Critical Care Medicine, the second department of critical care medicine, and the thoracic and cardiac surgery were the lowest, with Ci values of 0.016, 0.07, 0.114, and 0.116, respectively. Conclusions The bed utilization efficiency varies across different hospital wards, with both a waste of bed resources and an insufficiency in bed availability. The hospital should allocate bed resources reasonably based on the indicators and operational data of each ward to improve bed utilization efficiency.
