3D腹腔镜与开放术式腹股沟淋巴结清扫治疗阴茎癌的效果比较

摘　　要：目的 对比3D腹腔镜与开放术式腹股沟淋巴结清扫治疗阴茎癌的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析,采集2013年1月至2023年12月于郑州大学第一附属医院接受3D腹腔镜腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗的30例阴茎癌患者资料,纳入腹腔镜组;采集同期于郑州大学第一附属医院接受开放术式腹股沟淋巴结清扫术治疗的30例阴茎癌患者资料,纳入开放组。整理患者资料,记录患者的围手术期情况、术后恢复情况、术后并发症。结果 两组患者的淋巴结清扫数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),相较于开放组,腹腔镜组术中出血量少、手术时间长,术后住院时间、拆线时间、引流管留置时间短,且并发症发生率低(P<0.05)。结论 3D腹腔镜与开放术式腹股沟淋巴结清扫治疗阴茎癌的淋巴结清扫效果相当,但3D腹腔镜术式创伤更小、术后恢复更快,且术后并发症发生少。Objective To compare the clinical effects of 3D laparoscopic and open inguinal lymph node dissection in the treatment of penile cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 30 patients with penile cancer who underwent 3D laparoscopic inguinal lymph node dissection treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2013 to December 2023,and were included in the laparoscopic group.Data from 30 patients with penile cancer who underwent open inguinal lymph node dissection in hospital during the same period were collected and included in the open group.The patient’s data were collected,and the patient’s perioperative conditions,postoperative recovery,and postoperative complications were recorded.Results There was no difference in lymph node dissection between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Compared with the open group,the laparoscopic group had less intraoperative bleeding,longer surgical time,shorter postoperative hospital stay,suture removal time,and drainage tube retention time,and a lower incidence of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion The lymph node dissection effect of 3D laparoscopy and open surgery for inguinal lymph node dissection in the treatment of penile cancer is comparable,but 3D laparoscopy has smaller trauma,faster postoperative recovery,and fewer postoperative complications.
