摘　　要：目的 探讨585 nm脉冲染料激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光序列治疗面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕的效果。方法 回顾采集2020年1月至2022年11月于郑州人民医院医学美容中心完成CO_(2)点阵激光序列治疗的面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕患者42例,纳入对照组;采集同期经585 nm脉冲染料激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光序列治疗的面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕患者42例,纳入观察组。记录患者治疗效果,使用温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评估其瘢痕情况;记录患者治疗期间的不良反应发生情况。评估患者满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前VSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者VSS评分降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CO_(2)点阵激光序列联合585 nm脉冲染料激光治疗面部美容缝合术后早期瘢痕,可提高整体治疗效果,患者瘢痕恢复情况更理想,且不会增加不良反应,患者对治疗的满意度高。Objective To explore the effect of 585 nm pulsed dye laser combined with CO_(2) lattice laser sequence in the treatment of early scar formation after facial cosmetic suturing surgery.Methods Retrospective analysis 42 patients with early scar after facial cosmetic suturing who completed CO_(2) lattice laser sequence treatment in the Medical Cosmetology Center of People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2020 to November 2022 were collected and included in the control group.A total of 42 patients with early scar formation after facial cosmetic suturing treated with 585 nm pulsed dye laser combined with CO_(2) lattice laser sequence was collected at the same time,and included them in the observation group.The therapeutic effects of the patients were recorded.The Vancouver scar scale(VSS)was used to evaluate the scar condition.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.patient satisfaction was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in VSS scores between the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores of the two groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients during treatment(P>0.05).The overall satisfaction of the observation group patients was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of CO_(2) lattice laser sequence and 585 nm pulsed dye laser can improve the overall treatment effect for early scar formation after facial cosmetic suturing surgery.The patient’s scar recovery is more ideal and does not increase adverse reactions.The patient’s satisfaction with the treatment is high.
