摘  要:目的 观察CT引导下可弯曲低温等离子消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。方法 回顾性分析2021年5月至2024年5月许昌市中心医院收治的97例LDH患者的资料,其中48例接受CT引导下低温等离子消融联合臭氧介入治疗的患者纳入对照组,49例接受CT引导下可弯曲低温等离子消融联合臭氧介入治疗的患者纳入观察组。根据患者医院电子病历系统记载资料,记录两组主要结局指标数据,包括疗效、疼痛[数字疼痛评分表(NRS)]、腰椎功能[日本骨科学会(JOA)评分]和术后并发症。结果 术后6个月,观察组治疗优良率较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组术后3 d、术后1个月患区NRS评分均较术前1 d降低,观察组术后3 d、术后1个月NRS评分较对照组低(P<0.05),术前1 d患区NRS评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组间术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT引导下可弯曲低温等离子消融术与臭氧介入联合治疗LDH,可提高整体治疗效果、缓解患者患区疼痛和改善腰椎功能。Objective To investigate the efficacy of CT guided flexible low-temperature plasma ablation combined with ozone intervention in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods A retrospective study was conducted to collect data from 97 LDH patients admitted to Xuchang Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024.Among them,48 patients who received CT guided low-temperature plasma ablation combined with ozone intervention therapy were included in the control group,and 49 patients who received CT guided flexible low-temperature plasma ablation combined with ozone intervention treatment were included in the observation group.According to the electronic medical record system of the patient’s hospital,two main outcome measures were recorded,including efficacy,pain[numerical rating scale(NRS)],lumbar spine function[Japanese orthopaedic association(JOA)score],and postoperative complications.Results Six months after surgery,the observation group had higher rate of excellent and good treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05).Both groups showed a decrease in NRS scores in the affected area on postoperative day 3 and 1 month compared to preoperative day 1.The observation group had lower NRS scores in the affected area on postoperative day 3 and 1 month compared to the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in NRS scores between the groups on preoperative day 1(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of CT guided flexible low-temperature plasma ablation and ozone intervention in the treatment of LDH can improve overall treatment efficacy,alleviate patient pain in the affected area,and improve lumbar spine function.
