心可舒片联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛合并焦虑症的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨心可舒片联合尼可地尔治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)合并焦虑症患者的效果。方法 前瞻性随机试验方法选择2019年7月至2021年7月商丘市第一人民医院确诊的64例UA合并焦虑症患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各32例。观察组接受心可舒片联合尼可地尔治疗,对照组接受心可舒片治疗,两组连续治疗14 d。比较两组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛持续时间、硝酸甘油用量、心电图和血脂变化情况,记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗14 d,观察组心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,硝酸甘油用量低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心电图疗效高于对照组,总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论 心可舒片联合尼可地尔治疗UA合并焦虑症,可减少患者心绞痛发病频率和程度,改善患者的身体健康状况,不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the effiect of Xinkeshu Tablets combined with nicorandil in the treatment of unstable angina(UA)patients with anxiety disorder.Methods Prospectivly select 64 UA patients with anxiety disorder diagnosed in First People’s Hospital of Shangqiu from July 2019 to July 2021.The patients were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 32 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with Xinkeshu Tablets combined with nicorandil,while the control group was treated with Xinkeshu Tablets.The two groups were treated continuously for 14 days.Before treatment and 14 days after treatment,the number of angina attacks,duration of angina pectoris,dosage of nitroglycerin,electrocardiogram and blood lipid changes were detected and recorded in both groups,and adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results After 14 days of treatment,the number of angina attacks,the duration of angina pectoris,and the dosage of nitroglycerin in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The electrocardiogram efficacy of observation group was higher than that of the control group.The levels of total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)in the observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of both groups.Conclusion The combination of Xinkeshu Tablets and nicorandil in the treatment of UA with anxiety disorder is more conducive to reducing the frequency and severity of angina pectoris in patients,improving their physical health,and not increasing adverse reactions.
