背俞指针疗法联合调中健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良的效果  

Effect of the Combination of Beiyu Zhizhen Therapy and Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

摘　　要：目的 探究背俞指针疗法联合调中健脾汤治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的效果。方法 回顾性收集济源市人民医院2021年3月至2022年8月接受常规治疗和调中健脾汤内服治疗的40例FD患者,纳入对照组;采集同期接受常规治疗、调中健脾汤内服和背俞指针疗法的40例FD患者,纳入观察组。记录两组治疗效果、主要症状评分、胃肠激素水平[胃泌素(Gas)、胃动素(MTL)、生长抑素(SS)];记录治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果 两组总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗前,两组症状积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束,两组症状积分均降低,且观察组较对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗前两组胃肠激素水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束,两组Gas、SS水平降低,观察组较对照组低;两组MTL水平升高,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均无不良反应发生。结论 背俞指针疗法联合调中健脾汤可缓解FD患者的临床症状,可调节胃肠激素,促进胃肠道蠕动,且不增加治疗的安全性风险。Objective To explore the effect of Beiyu Zhizhen therapy combined with Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction in functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods Retrospective collection of 40 FD patients who received conventional treatment and oral administration of Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction at Jiyuan People’s Hospital from March 2021 to August 2022,and included them in the control group.Forty patients with FD who received conventional treatment,oral administration of Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction and treatment with Beiyu Zhizhen therapy during the same period were collected and included in the observation group.The treatment outcomes,main symptom scores and gastrointestinal hormone levels[gastrin(Gas),motilin(MTL),somatostatin(SS)]of two groups were recorded.The occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results There was no statistically difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically difference in symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the levels of gastrointestinal hormones between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Gas and SS decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The levels of MTL increased in both groups,with the observation group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in both groups.Conclusion The combination of Beiyu Zhizhen therapy and Tiaozhong Jianpi Decoction can alleviate the clinical symptoms of FD patients,regulate gastrointestinal hormones,promote gastrointestinal peristalsis,and does not increase the safety risk of treatment.
