摘　　要：目的 探讨自我管理导向下5A模式护理在老年哮喘患者中的应用效果。方法 以郑州大学第一附属医院2023年1—11月收治的68例老年哮喘患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(接受常规护理)与观察组(接受自我管理导向下5A模式护理),各34例,对不同干预模式的实施效果进行比较。结果 干预后,观察组自护能力、自我效能、症状控制、认知水平、生活质量均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 自我管理导向下5A模式护理在老年哮喘患者中的应用效果良好。Objective To explore the application effect of 5A mode nursing under self-management guidance in elderly asthma patients.Methods A total of 68 elderly asthma patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(receiving routine nursing)and an observation group(receiving self-management guided 5A mode nursing)using a random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The implementation effects of different intervention modes were compared.Results After intervention,the observation group showed better self-care ability,self-efficacy,symptom control,cognitive level,and quality of life than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 5A model nursing in elderly asthma patients is better and can be promoted.
