摘　　要：司法救助是检察机关践行新时代“枫桥经验”的重要阵地。随着检察机关职能的变化及国家司法救助制度的建立与完善,司法救助成为了检察机关积极履职、主动履职的重要内容之一。稳步推进司法救助的开展与落实,能够充分体现检察工作的社会效果,让人民群众感受到看得见、摸得着的司法公正。同时,司法救助在法治引领下的德治内核与协同开展的运行模式,与新时代“枫桥经验”对基层综合治理的要求相契合,能够有效化解多重矛盾、引导正确的舆论走向,实现程序正义与实质正义的统一。Jud icial assistance is an important front for procuratorial organs to practice the“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era.With the evolution of the functions of procuratorial organs and the establishment and improvement of the national judicial assistance system,judicial assistance has become one of the key areas where procuratorial organs actively and proactively fulfill their duties.Steadily advancing the implementation of judicial assistance can fully demonstrate the social impact of procuratorial work,enabling the public to experience genuine judicial fairness.At the same time,the moral governance core of judicial assistance under the guidance of the rule of law,along with its collaborative operational model,aligns with the requirements of the“Fengqiao Experience”in the new era for comprehensive grassroots governance.It can effectively resolve multiple conflicts,guide public opinion in the right direction,and achieve the unity of procedural justice and substantive justice.
