摘　　要：建立完善“专业+机制+大数据”新型警务运行模式,是提升公安机关新质战斗力的关键性任务。审讯是公安机关的一项基础工作,同时也是侦查人员的一项基本技能。公安机关的审讯能力建设内生于专业建设,能够加速生成和提升公安机关新质战斗力。当前,新型警务运行模式下审讯能力建设面临审讯理论研究不深、审讯手段集成不足、审讯攻坚能力不强、审讯实战水平不高等方面的困境。对此,亟需从深化审讯理论研究、集成审讯方法手段、强化审讯攻坚能力、提高审讯实战水平等路径创新。Establishing and improving a new policing operation model characterized by“professionalism + mechanisms + big data” is a critical task for enhancing the new qualitative combat effectiveness of public security organs. Interrogation is a fundamental task for public security organs and a basic skill for investigators. The construction of interrogation capacity is inherently tied to professional development and can accelerate the generation and enhancement of the new qualitative combat effectiveness of public security organs. Currently,the construction of interrogation capacity under the new policing operation model faces challenges such as insufficient theoretical research,inadequate integration of methods,weak 攻 坚 capabilities,and low practical skills. To address these issues,it is imperative to innovate by deepening theoretical research on interrogation,integrating interrogation methods,strengthening overcome difficulties capabilities,and improving practical interrogation skills.
