摘　　要：坚持统筹推进国内法治和涉外法治是习近平法治思想的重要内容之一。涉外法治分为一国的视角和世界的视角。涉外警务执法是从一国视角进行的研究,是国内法治的对外延伸。当前,公安机关涉外警务执法实践面临着新的挑战,在执法活动中存在着诸多客观障碍及制约因素。对此,应当修改完善涉外相关法律,强化严格涉外警务执法,依托信息化手段提高层报和通报等制度的效率,并建设一支德才兼备的高素质涉外警务执法队伍。Adhering to the coordinated advancement of domestic and foreign-related rule of law is one of the key components of Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law.Foreign-related rule of law can be examined from both a national and a global perspective.Foreign-related policing and law enforcement is studied from a national perspective,representing an extension of domestic rule of law into the international arena.Currently,public security organs face new challenges in foreign-related policing and law enforcement practices,encountering numerous objective obstacles and constraints in their enforcement activities.To address these issues,it is necessary to revise and improve foreign-related laws,strengthen strict enforcement of foreign-related policing,enhance the efficiency of reporting and notification systems through information technology,and build a high-quality foreign-related policing and law enforcement team with both integrity and professional competence.
