基于藏医“火热学说”谈Uremia(尿毒症)的防治思路

摘　　要：目的:通过藏医“火热学说”解释uremia的发病机制和治疗思路,为日后的学术研究和临床应用、新药开发等提供研究参考。方法:1.通过文献归类,梳理藏医“火热学说”的理论内容和功能,明确阐述藏医对uremia的认识。2.通过数据挖掘,收集藏医文献《藏药方剂大全》中治疗寒性肾病的药方,对药物频次进行分析和总结。结果:1.藏医火热学说贯穿了生理、病理、健康、疾病等内容,对人体的三因、五源、七精华、三垢等有重要意义,保持火热的稳定就可以维持健康的状态。2.在现代医学中uremia是慢性肾衰竭的终末期,是各种肾脏病导致的临床综合征。藏医基于火热学说认为uremia是机体火热、尤以肾脏火热的衰竭而导致的寒性肾病,uremia发生的根本原因是肾脏火热性质的衰败和运行失调。3.uremia可通过饮食和行为来纠正机体火热的失衡,以达到预防的效果,可通过药物和外治来调和肾脏以及机体的火热来针对性的治疗。4.分析发现,治疗寒性肾病的方剂中以白豆蔻、石榴籽、麝香、诃子等药物的频次较高,可选作治疗主药和卡擦药。结论:通过藏医火热学说从饮食、行为、药物、外治等四种疗法来维护和调和火热可作为防治uremia的指导思想。Objective:to explain the pathogenesis and treatment of uremia through the theory of"me-drod"in Tibetan medicine,and to provide reference for future academic research,clinical application and new drug development.Method:1.Through the literature classification,combs the Tibetan medicine"me-drod"the theory content and the function,clearly elaborates the Tibetan medicine to the uremia understanding.2.Data mining was used to collect the prescriptions for cold kidney disease in the Tibetan medicine prescription complete,and the drug frequency was analyzed and summarized.Results:1.The theory of medrod in Tibetan medicine runs through physiology,pathology,health,disease and so on.It is of great significance to the three causes,five sources,seven essence and three impurities of the human body,keep the hot stability can maintain a healthy state.2.In modern medicine,uremia is the end of chronic kidney disease,a clinical syndrome caused by various kidney diseases.Based on the theory of me-drod,Tibetan medicine holds that uremia is a kind of cold nephropathy caused by the exhaustion of me-drod in the body,especially in the kidney.3.Uremia can be through diet and behavior to correct the body heat imbalance to achieve the preventive effect,through drugs and external treatment to regulate the kidney and the body heat to targeted treatment.Four.It was found that the frequency of medicines such as albino nutmeg,pomegranate seed,musk and Terminalia chebula were higher in the prescriptions for treating cold nephrosis.Conclusion:the theory of me-drod in Tibetan medicine can be used as a guideline to prevent and treat uremia.
