藏药秦艽的抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘　　要：秦艽属龙胆科龙胆属植物,含有多种抗肿瘤活性成分,如环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、三萜类以及多糖等,这些成分主要通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管形成、调节机体免疫力及逆转肿瘤细胞耐药等多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。秦艽多种提取液也显示出抗炎、抗病毒、抗肿瘤等功效,但其具体作用机制仍需进一步研究。目前,秦艽在临床上多作为复方制剂使用,其抗肿瘤效果有待更多实证研究验证,未来研究应结合传统藏医理论和现代药理学方法,系统开展秦艽抗肿瘤药效物质基础及作用机理研究,为开发藏药秦艽新的临床用途及疗效更高、毒性更小的抗肿瘤新药提供理论和实践依据。Gentiana Macrophylla belongs to the genus Gentiana of the family Gentianaceae,and contains a variety of antitumour active ingredients,such as cyclic enol ether terpenes,flavonoids,triterpenoids,and polysaccharides,etc.These ingredients mainly exert anti-tumour effects through a variety of mechanisms such as inducing apoptosis of tumour cells,inhibiting tumour angiogenesis,regulating the immune system,and reversing the resistance of tumour cells to drugs.Various extracts of Gentiana macrophylla have also shown anti-inflammatory,anti-viral and anti-tumour effects,but their specific mechanisms of action still need further study.At present,Gentiana Macrophylla is mostly used as a compound preparation in clinical practice,and its antitumour effect needs to be verified by more empirical studies.Future studies should combine traditional Tibetan medical theory and modern pharmacological methods to systematically carry out research on the material basis of anti-tumour efficacy of Gentiana Macrophylla and its mechanism of action,so as to provide theoretical and practical basis for the development of new clinical uses of the Tibetan medicine Gentiana Macrophylla,as well as new anti-tumour drugs with higher therapeutic efficacy and lower toxicity.
