摘　　要：多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是一种以高睾酮血症、排卵障碍和月经紊乱为主要表现的临床综合征,也是严重影响女性生殖、代谢及心理健康的常见妇科内分泌疾病。由于其确切发病机制尚不明确,目前西医尚未形成理想的治疗模式。近年来多项临床研究表明中医药治疗PCOS有一定的疗效和优势,但制约其临床获益的主要原因在于PCOS的中医辨证分型不统一。目前中医针对PCOS的辨证方式主要包括病因病机辨证、经络辨证、体重指数辨证和年龄分期辨证等,由于PCOS临床表现具有高度异质性,与其相关的性激素水平和糖脂代谢指标对提高中医辨证的准确率也有重要参考意义。该文从多个角度深入探讨PCOS的中医辨证分型论治的现状和特点,旨在指导PCOS的中医规范化治疗,对促进PCOS中医临床和基础研究具有一定的指导意义。Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a clinical syndrome characterized by hyperandrogenism,ovulatory dysfunction and menstrual disorders,which is a common gynecological endocrine disorder that seriously affects female reproductive,metabolism and psychological health.Due to the lack of a clear pathogenesis,Western medicine has not yet developed an ideal treatment model for PCOS.Recent clinical studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has certain therapeutic effects and advantages in treating PCOS,but the main obstacle to its clinical benefits is the lack of unified TCM syndrome differentiation for PCOS.Currently,the TCM syndrome differentiation for PCOS mainly includes syndrome differentiation based on etiology and pathogenesis,meridians,body mass index,age stage,etc.Due to the highly heterogeneous clinical manifestations of PCOS,the related hormones and glycolipid metabolism indexes play an important role in improving the accuracy of TCM differential diagnosis.This paper thoroughly explored the current status and characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment for PCOS from multiple perspectives with the aim of guiding standardized TCM treatment for PCOS.It also provides valuable insights for both clinical practice and basic research in TCM for PCOS.
