摘　　要：苏合香丸,作为辛温开窍的典范方剂,在临床上被广泛应用于治疗因寒邪闭阻气机致使清窍闭塞、神机失用导致中风、心腹卒痛甚至晕厥等疾病。苏合香丸的应用不仅具有深远的历史渊源,而且在现代医学实践中也展现出了其独特的研究价值。该文旨在通过综合古代与现代文献,对苏合香丸的方源考证、药材基原、配伍组成、主治病证及制法剂量的演变进行深入探讨。通过对古代文献的考证和现代临床应用的文献分析,该文旨在梳理苏合香丸的历史脉络,实现古为今用,为现代医家在苏合香丸的理论研究和临床实践中提供新的视角和思路。Suhexiang Pill(苏合香丸),as a typical formula for warming and opening the orifices,is widely used in clinical practice to treat stroke,abdominal pain,and even fainting caused by the obstruction of Qi due to cold pathogenic factors blocking the clear orifices.The application of Suhexiang Pill not only has a profound historical origin,but also demonstrates its unique research value in modern medical practice.The purpose of this article was to comprehensively explore the evolution of the formula source,medicinal material origin,compatibility composition,main treatment and dosage of Suhexiang Pill through the synthesis of ancient and modern literature.Through the verification of the ancient literature and the analysis of modern clinical applications,this article aimed to sort out the historical context of Suhexiang Pill,adapting the ancient forms for present-day use,and provided new perspectives and ideas for modern medical practitioners in the theoretical research and clinical practice of Suhexiang Pill.
