热敏灸在恶性肿瘤相关病症中的临床研究进展

摘　　要：热敏灸疗法是基于传统艾灸基础上的一种新型灸法,其通过刺激热敏穴位,产生不同形式的特殊灸感,激发经气传导,从而达到小刺激、大反应的效果。有临床研究证实热敏灸可以改善与恶性肿瘤相关的诸多病症,可以提高免疫力,减轻恶性肿瘤引起的疼痛和不适,改善患者整体生活质量等。文章对相关文献进行了综述,旨在为热敏灸治疗恶性肿瘤疾病的临床应用提供参考。Heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy is a new type of moxibustion based on traditional moxibustion,which produces different forms of special moxibustion sensations by stimulating heat-sensitive acupoints and stimulating meridian qi conduction,thus achieving the effect of small stimulation and large response.Some clinical studies have shown that heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve many conditions associated with malignant tumours,which can enhance immunity,reduce pain and discomfort caused by malignant tumours,and improve the overall quality of life of patients.This study reviewed the relevant literature with the aim of providing a reference for the clinical application of heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of malignant tumour diseases.
