摘  要:温肺法属临床治疗大法。“治肺不远温”的学术思想渊源于《伤寒论》和《金匮要略》,由国医大师洪广祥教授提出,认为寒邪外袭,肺阳虚弱是肺系疾病总的病机。小儿“肺常不足”,易受外寒侵袭,伤及肺阳,加之“稚阴稚阳”之体使临床更易见阳气不足的证候。小儿特有的体质特点决定了温肺法在治疗儿科肺系疾病中具有不可替代的地位。该文从温肺法的源流、临床应用以及体会等方面进行了归纳、整理和阐述,探求其在儿科肺系疾病中的应用规律和现实指导意义,以期为临床提供有益的借鉴和思路。Warming lung is a major clinical treatment method.The academic idea of“treating lung with warming methods”originated from Shanghanlun and Jinkui Yaolue,which was put forward by Professor HONG Guangxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and he believes that the external attack of cold and evil and the deficiency of lung Yang are the general pathogenesis of lung diseases.Children often have"lung insufficiency",and are susceptible to the invasion of external cold,injuring lung Yang,and the body of"immature Yin and immature Yang"commonly causes the syndrome of insufficient Yangqi in clinical practice.The unique physical characteristics of children determine that the warming lung method has an irreplaceable position in the treatment of pediatric pulmonary diseases.This article summarized,sorted out and expounded the origin,clinical application and experience of the warming lung method,and explored its application rules and practical guiding significance in pediatric pulmonary diseases,in order to provide useful reference and ideas for clinical practice.
