基于CiteSpace对颈性眩晕研究现状及发展趋势的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的运用CiteSpace(6.3.R3)软件对颈性眩晕的研究现状及热点进行可视化分析,为今后该领域的发展提供参考。方法通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)2014年1月1日—2024年4月1日中有关颈性眩晕的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件绘制年发文量、文献作者、关键词等内容的可视化图谱。结果经过筛选文中共纳入1818篇文献,颈性眩晕相关发文量维持在100篇/年以上,该领域影响力较大的研究团队是郁金岗研究团队和崔建美研究团队,各团队之间合作较少。高频关键词为“针灸”“临床研究”“推拿”“针刀疗法”“椎动脉”,针灸治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究是该领域的热点;关键词聚类共10个聚类,所含聚类围绕治疗、发病机制等4个方面展开;突现分析显示,生活质量关键词突现强度最高。结论颈性眩晕领域的研究正在平稳发展。中医药治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究正在不断完善并深入发展,针刺治疗颈性眩晕是该领域的研究热点;颈性眩晕的发病机制及患者的生活质量评价是未来的研究方向;各研究团队之间应加强合作,使中医药治疗颈性眩晕进一步规范化、标准化,推动中医药事业的传承与发展。Objective To visualize and analyze the current research status and hotspots of cervical vertigo by using CiteSpace(6.3.R3)software,and to provide a reference for the future development of this field.Methods By searching the relevant literature about cervical vertigo in China Knowledge Network(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and China Biomedical Literature Service System(Sino Med)from 01/01/2014 to 01/04/2024,the Cite Space software was utilized to draw the annual number of publications,authors,keywords and other content visualization.And the keywords were visualized.Results A total of 1818 articles were included in the screened literature,and the annual publication volume of cervical vertigo was stable at more than 100 articles,and the research teams with greater influence in this field were the YU Jingang research team and the CUI Jianmei research team,and the cooperation between the teams was relatively small.High-frequency keywords were"acupuncture","clinical research","Tuina","needle-knife therapy","vertebral artery"and"acupuncture".The clinical research of acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo is the hot spot in this field.There was a total of 10 clusters of the keywords,containing clusters around the treatment,pathogenesis and other four aspects.The emergence analysis showed that the quality of life keyword had the highest intensity of emergence.Conclusion The research in the field of cervical vertigo is developing steadily.The clinical research on the treatment of cervical vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine is improving and developing in depth,and the acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo is a research hotspot in this field.The pathogenesis of cervical vertigo and the evaluation of patients'quality of life are the future research directions.The cooperation among research teams should be strengthened,so that the treatment of cervical vertigo with traditional Chinese medicine can be further standardized and standardized,a
