中医药调节干细胞及其外泌体诊疗心力衰竭的研究进展

摘　　要：心力衰竭(HF)的患病率随着时间的推移而增加,如何改善心肌细胞挽救和预防心力衰竭进展仍然是挑战。基于干细胞及其外泌体的疗法已被深入研究作为新的治疗方案。与此同时,中医治疗理念不断发展,中医药通过调节不同的干细胞及其外泌体,治疗心力衰竭过程中发挥较好的优势。文章首先阐述干细胞及外泌体的分类,接着介绍了干细胞在治疗心力衰竭的机制,而后对中医药调节干细胞及其外泌体,从而治疗心力衰竭的研究现状进行综述,以期为临床研究提供最前沿的思路和方法。The prevalence of heart failure(HF)increases over time.Traditionally,reducing cardiac load and revascularization has partially increased cardiomyocyte survival and preserved cardiac function.However,how to improve cardiomyocyte rescue and prevent heart failure progression remains a challenge.In recent years,the ability of stem cells to self-renew and differentiate into multiple cell lineages and tissues has been used as a vehicle for the treatment of heart failure,and stem cell-based therapies and their exosomes have been intensively investigated as new therapeutic options.At the same time,the concept of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of continuous development,with traditional Chinese medicine characteristics of the treatment of stem cells and exosomes in the regulation of the treatment of heart failure play a good advantage.Therefore,this article on stem cells and exosomes and traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment of heart failure to provide the most cutting-edge ideas and methods for clinical research.
