摘　　要：冠心病是比较常见的血管疾病,主要源于冠状动脉变窄或堵塞,造成心肌供血不足及缺氧,进而可能导致心脏疾病。人类表型组学是生命科学领域中的新兴研究方向。随着医学技术的不断进步,人类表型组学为冠心病的诊断和治疗提供了新的思路和方法。文章系统探讨人类表型组学在冠心病和中医研究方面的应用,以期为冠心病的研究和临床应用提供更多启示。Coronary heart disease is a relatively common vascular disease,mainly due to the narrowing or blockage of coronary arteries,resulting in insufficient blood supply and oxygen shortage of myocardium,which may lead to heart disease.Human phenoomics is a new research direction in the field of life science.With the continuous progress of medical technology,human phenomics provides a new idea and method for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.In this paper,we will discuss the application of human phenoomics in the study of coronary heart disease and Chinese medicine,in order to provide more enlightenment for the research and clinical application of coronary heart disease.
