摘 要:探索我国公共图书馆馆员职业认同现状及影响因素,提出提升职业认同策略,对优化图书馆人力资源管理、发挥公共图书馆社会教育职能意义重大。研究结果表明:公共图书馆馆员职业认同总体水平较高,其中馆员对职业效能的认同最高,对职业价值观的认同最低;婚姻、年龄、学历、专业学习等个人特征对职业认同有显著影响;馆员感知组织制度维度对职业认同影响最大。从多角度提升价值认同、增强职业情感认同、关注认同需求差异等多方面提出职业认同强化策略。It is of great significance to explore the current situation and influencing factors of the public librarians'professional identity in China,and to propose more accurate strategies to enhance professional identity.This will optimize library human resources and fully utilize the functions of public libraries.The findings are as follows:The overall level of professional identity of public librarians is high.Among these librarians,recognition of professional effectiveness is the highest,while recognition of professional values is the lowest.Personal characteristics such as marital status,age,education,professional studies significantly impact professional identity.Organizational systems have the greatest influence on librarians'professional identity.Based on these research findings,strategies for strengthening professional identity are proposed from multiple perspectives,including enhancing value recognition,strengthening professional emotional identification,and addressing differences in identity needs.
