新西兰公共图书馆参与文化遗产数字化实践分析及思考

摘　　要：为推进我国公共图书馆数字文化遗产资源的建设、开发与利用,采用网络调查法,从战略目标、资源建设、用户服务、多元合作、人才培养和素养教育等方面对新西兰14个公共图书馆参与文化遗产的数字化实践进行调研,并总结其实践特点。建议我国公共图书馆从四个方面深化文化遗产数字化实践:整合多元文化遗产,促进文化遗产数字资源共享利用;汇聚机构发展合力,提升文化遗产数字化实践效能;加强专业人才培养,推动数字文化遗产创新研究;采取多元服务模式,推动用户文化素养深度培育。To promote the construction, development and utilization of digital cultural heritage resources in public libraries in China, this article employs a network survey method to investigate the digitization of cultural heritage in 14 public libraries in New Zealand, focusing on strategic objectives, resource construction, user services, diversified cooperation, talents cultivation and literacy education, and summarizes its characteristics.Based on this, it is proposed that public libraries in China improve the cultural heritage digitization in four aspects: integrating diverse cultural heritage resources to promote the utilization and sharing;bringing together institutional efforts to enhance the effectiveness;strengthening the cultivation of professional talents to promote innovative research;and adopting diversified service models to promote the in-depth cultivation of users' cultural literacy.
