摘　　要：暗数据能为智慧图书馆服务决策体系发展提供重要的借鉴价值。目前,暗数据在智慧图书馆服务及研究中未受到重视,使得暗数据资源无法为智慧图书馆服务决策体系全面赋能。文章首先探讨了暗数据贯穿于智慧图书馆的特点、分类及遵循的原则,其次在参考已有数据治理成熟度模型基础上构建由数据资源、数据计算、数据分析及数据展示等组成的智慧图书馆服务决策体系框架。最后提出暗数据赋能智慧图书馆服务决策体系的发展策略。The dark data provides important reference value for the development of the intelligent library service decision-making system.At present,dark data is not sufficiently emphasized in smart library services and research,thereby limiting its ability to fully empower the smart library service decision-making system.The article first discusses the characteristics,classification and principles of dark data in smart libraries.Secondly,it constructs the framework of a smart library service decision-making system,which is composed of data resources,data processing,data analysis and data visualization,based on the existing data governance maturity model.Finally,a development strategy of dark-data-driven smart library service decision-making system is proposed.
