摘 要:通过形态学观察、致病性验证与ITS序列分析,对黄瓜靶斑病的病原进行了鉴定,并利用菌丝生长速率法测定了10种杀菌剂对该病原的室内毒力。研究结果显示,引起江西采样地黄瓜靶斑病的病原菌为多主棒孢霉(Corynespora cassiicola)。供试的10种杀菌剂对黄瓜靶斑病菌的抑制效果差异明显,其中250g/L咪鲜胺乳油对菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,EC_(50)为0.091μg/mL;其次为250g/L苯醚甲环唑乳油和12.5%烯唑醇可湿性粉剂,EC_(50)分别为0.878μg/mL和1.753μg/mL;75%肟菌·戊唑醇水分散粒剂、500g/L异菌脲悬浮剂、18.7%丙环·嘧菌酯悬浮剂、250g/L吡唑醚菌酯乳油的抑制作用一般,EC_(50)介于3.907~7.278μg/mL;43%氟菌·肟菌酯抑制效果较差,EC_(50)为60.404μg/mL;50%苯菌灵可湿性粉剂和250g/L嘧菌酯悬浮剂对病菌的菌丝生长几乎无抑制活性。The objective of this study was to identify the pathogen causing cucumber target spot disease and to screen effective fungicides to control this disease.To accomplish this,the pathogen was identified based on morphological observation,pathogenicity determination,and ITS sequence analysis.The inhibition effects of ten fungicides on the pathogen were also determined by mycelial growth rate quantification method.Based on the morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis results,the pathogen causing cucumber target spot disease in Jiangxi Province was identified as Corynespora cassiicola.The laboratory toxicity determination revealed significant variations among the ten tested fungicides on this pathogen.Among them,250 g/L prochloraz EC had the best inhibitory effect with an EC_(50)of 0.091μg/mL.Followed by 250 g/L difenoconazole EC and 12.5%diniconazole WP,with EC_(50)of 0.878μg/mL and 1.753μg/mL,respectively Furthermore,75%trifloxystrobin·tebuconazole WG,500 g/L iprodione SC,18.7%propiconazole·azoxystrobin SC,and 250g/L pyraclostrobin EC demonstrated general inhibitory effects on mycelia,with EC_(50)ranging from 3.907 to 7.278μg/mL However,50%benomyl WP and 250 g/L azoxystrobin SC exhibited negligible inhibitory activity on mycelial growth.
