摘　　要：目的 分析某三甲传染病专科医院的病案复印情况及存在问题,提出建设病案复印网络化的必要性。方法 选取2023年4月至2023年9月传统现场病案复印资料558份资料作为对照组,选取2023年10月至2024年3月网络化申请病案复印的628份资料作为实验组,将以上1186份病案复印资料作为研究对象进行分析。结果 通过病案复印网络化建设,传统现场病案复印人次下降9.4%,网络化申请病案复印快递的量上升了72.97%。结论 通过网络申请病案复印减少了患者与病案复印人员的接触,降低了院内感染风险,同时也节约了患者的时间、精力和经济成本,有效降低了医患矛盾,提高了病案管理效率。Objectives To analyze the medical record copying situation in a Three A and Tertiary Infectious Disease Hospital,identify existing issues,and propose the necessity of building a network-based medical record copying system.Methods We selected 558 cases of traditional on-site medical record copy data from April 2023 to September 2023 as the control group,and 628 cases of medical record copy data applied online from October 2023 to March 2024 as the experimental group.A total of 1186 medical record copy data were analyzed as the research subjects.Results Through the network-based construction of medical record copying,the number of traditional on-site medical record copying had decreased by 9.4%,while the volume of express delivery for online application of medical record copying had increased by 72.97%.Result Applying for medical record copying through the network had significantly reduced the contact between patients and medical record copying personnel,thereby reducing the risk of nosocomial infections.It had also saved patients'time,energy,and economic costs,effectively reducing doctor-patient conflicts,improving the efficiency of medical record management,and promoting the high-quality development of the hospital.
