摘　　要：目的 评价结合PDCA开展危急值闭环管理对提高危急值及时处置率的效果。方法 收集2022年1月1日至2023年12月31日住院患者危急值相关数据,通过分析找出危急值处置效率低的原因,结合PDCA循环并给予干预措施,基于中断时间序列方法,分析干预措施前后危急值及时处置率变化。结果PDCA循环闭环管理实施后,危急值及时处置率提高显著。干预措施实施前危急值及时处置率为59.99%,完善信息系统后及时处置为76.21%,修订危急值管理制度后及时处置率为87.77%。中断时间序列分析结果显示:完善信息系统,及时处置率提高了5.7%(P>0.05),修订危急值管理制度,及时处理率提高了9.3%(P<0.05)。结论 “完善信息系统”和“修订危急值管理制度”两项主要干预措施对提高住院危急值及时处置率有效果,运用PDCA总体上提高了住院患者危急值及时处置率。Objective To analyze the effect of applying PDCA on improving the timely disposal rate of criticality values in hospitalized patients.Methods Data of critical values of hospitalized patients from January 1st,2022 to December 31st,2023 were collected.To identify the reasons for the low efficiency of critical value disposal.Based on the interruption time-series,the changes in the timely disposal rate of critical values before and after intervention measures were analyzed in PDCA cycle.Results The timely disposal rate of critical values had significantly increased after the implementation of PDCA cycle.The timely disposal rate of critical values before and after the implementation of"Improving the Information System"were 59.99%and 76.21%,87.77%after the revision of the critical value management system.The analysis of interruption time series showed that the monthly timely handling rate increased by 5.7%(P=0.227>0.05)after improving the information system,and by 9.3%(P=0.000<0.05)after revising the critical value management system.Conclusions The two main intervention measures of"Improving the Information System"and"Revising the Critical Value Management System"were effective in improving the timely disposal of critical values.The use of PDCA had overall improved the timely disposal rate of inpatient critical values.
