摘　　要：目的 为更好地落实医疗核心制度,通过回顾性分析医务部参与多学科会诊模式在医院的应用现状,以期为医院的多学科会诊管理工作提供参考依据。方法 收集分析2022年1月1日-2023年12月31日在深圳市某三甲医院医务部参与多学科会诊的资料,统计分析多学科会诊特点。结果 全院多学科会诊数量为1474人次,患者平均年龄为58.48±17.82岁,男性725例占49.19%;女性749例占50.81%,平均住院时间为19.42天。发起多学科会诊申请的科室共计26个,占全院拥有床位的34个临床科室的76.47%。脊柱科和老年骨科是发起多学科会诊最多的科室。应邀参与多学科会诊的科室35个,占全院44个临床和医技科室的比例为79.55%,共计6884人次医师参加会诊。麻醉与围术期医学科是受邀参加多学科会诊最多的科室,参与会诊病例507次,占比为34.40%。围手术期风险评估是开展多学科讨论最主要的原因,占全部多学科会诊原因的36.09%。结论 多学科会诊的患者存在年龄偏大、住院时间偏长等特点,大部分临床科室认可多学科会诊的理念和价值,参与了多学科会诊的医疗过程。医务部在制定多学科会诊制度、参与组织实施等各个阶段发挥了重大作用,需要持续完善制度流程、做好信息化平台建设,不断提高医院的整体服务能力和质量。Objectives To better implement the core medical system,a retrospective analysis was conducted on the application status of the Medical Affairs Department's participation in multidisciplinary team consultations at a tertiary first-class hospital in Shenzhen from January 2022 to December 2023.The purpose of the study was to provide a reference basis for the management of multidisciplinary team consultations in the hospital.Method To collect and analyze the data on medical affairs department's participation in multidisciplinary team consultations of a tertiary first-class hospital in Shenzhen from January 2022 to December 2023.The characteristics of multidisciplinary team consultations were statistically analyzed.Results The total number of multidisciplinary team consultations in the hospital was 1474,with an average age of 58.48±17.82 years.Among them,725 were male,accounting for 49.19%;749 females accounted for 50.81%,with an average hospitalization time of 19.42 days.A total of 26 departments initiated multidisciplinary consultation applications,accounting for 76.47%of the 34 clinical departments with beds in the entire hospital.The Spine Department and Geriatric Orthopedics Department were the departments that initiated the most multidisciplinary team consultations.There were 35 departments invited to participate in multidisciplinary team consultation,accounting for 79.55%of the 44 clinical and medical technology departments,with a total of 6884 physicians attending the consultations.The Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine Department was most frequently invited to participate,with 507 cases,accounting for 34.40%.Perioperative risk assessment was the main reason for conducting multidisciplinary team consultation,accounting for 36.09%of all multidisciplinary consultation reasons.Conclusions Patients undergoing multidisciplinary team consultations had characteristics such as older age and longer hospital stay.Most clinical departments recognized the concept and value of multidisciplinary team consultations a
