摘　　要：担当精神是新时代大学生应具备的基本品质,只有树立担当意识、具有担当精神的大学生才能更好地承担起时代赋予的责任,为祖国建设贡献自己的力量,推动祖国繁荣发展。高校作为促进学生成长成才的重要场所,应将担当精神纳入教育教学工作中,通过有效的培育措施提升培育效果,强化学生的担当意识和担当精神。文章阐述了新时代大学生担当精神的内容,分析了新时代大学生担当精神培育的现实意蕴,从个人、学校、社会、家庭等层面等探讨了新时代大学生担当精神的培育路径,旨在为新时代大学生担当精神的培育提供理论支持与实践指导。The spirit of responsibility is an essential quality that college students in the new era should possess. Only those students who have a sense of responsibility and a strong spirit of commitment can better shoulder the responsibilities assigned by the times and actively contribute to the construction of our country, promoting national prosperity and development. As an important venue for fostering student growth and success, colleges and universities should incorporate the cultivation of the spirit of responsibility into educational practices. By adopting effective measures, they can enhance the cultivation results and strengthen students' awareness and spirit of responsibility. This article elucidates the content of the spirit of responsibility for college students in the new era, analyzes the practical significance of cultivating this spirit, and explores the cultivation pathways from various levels including individual, school, society, and family. The aim is to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of the spirit of responsibility among college students in the new era.
