摘 要:目的用信息化手段开发智能单病种数据库及上报系统,以实现单病种数据自动上报、上传管理及质量管理指标的统计分析。方法通过病历数据结构化、医学专业术语映射等方式搭建单病种数据数据库及上报平台,实现数据分类自动填充、数据批量上报、数据质量管理与控制等功能。分析验证系统在单病种时间、费用维度的应用实践效果。结果应用智能化单病种数据库及上报系统后,单病种月均上报例数由2020年的348例增长至2023年的774例,单病种年上报率由2020年的49.19%提高至2023年的76.95%,平均住院日由2020年的12.83 d逐年下降至2023年的10.07 d,次均住院费用由2020年的34809.67元降至2023年的32828.72元。以膝关节置换术(TKR)为例,该病种在应用系统前后平均住院日、次均住院费用、平均耗材费用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论智能化单病种数据库及上报系统的应用能够提升单病种数据上报效率,有效控制病种平均住院日和次均住院费用。Objective To develop an intelligent single disease database and reporting system using information technology to achieve automatic reporting,reporting management,and statistical analysis of quality management indicators for single disease data.Methods Using structured medical record data,and mapping of medical terminology,a single disease data database and reporting platform were built to achieve automatic data classification,data batch reporting,data quality management and control.In addition,the application effect of the system was analyzed and verified through statistical testing methods.Results After applying the intelligent single disease database and reporting system,the monthly average number of reported cases of single disease increased from 348 in 2020 to 774 in 2023,the annual reporting rate of single disease increased from 49.19%in 2020 to 76.95%in 2023,the average hospitalization days decreased from 12.83 days in 2020 to 10.07 days in 2023,and the average hospitalization expenses decreased from 34809.67 yuan in 2020 to 32828.72 yuan in 2023.Taking knee arthroplasty(TKR)as an example,the application of the system had significantly reduced the average length of hospital stay,average hospitalization costs,and average consumable costs(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent single disease database and reporting system can improve the efficiency of single disease data reporting,effectively control the average length of hospital stay and average hospitalization costs per time.
