精细化护理对新生儿黄疸血清胆红素、黄疸消退时间的影响

摘　　要：目的研究精细化护理对新生儿黄疸血清胆红素及黄疸消退时间的影响。方法以2021年1月-2023年6月玉山县黄家驷医院接收的76例黄疸新生儿为研究对象,经随机数字表法分为对照组(38例)与观察组(38例)。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在其基础上应用精细化护理,比较两组患儿血清总胆红素水平、胃肠功能(摄奶量、大便次数)、睡眠质量、黄疸消退时间及家长满意度。结果与护理前比较,两组护理后血清总胆红素水平均降低,且与对照组比较,观察组血清总胆红素水平更低(P<0.05);与护理前比较,两组护理后摄奶量、大便次数均增加,且与对照组比较,观察组摄奶量、大便次数更多(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组睡眠质量优良率更低(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组黄疸消退时间更短,家长满意度评分更高(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理可促进新生儿黄疸消退,有助于患儿血清胆红素水平的下调,可改善其胃肠功能及睡眠质量,缩短黄疸消退时间,提高家长满意程度。Objective To study the effect of refined nursing on serum bilirubin and jaundice regression time of neonatal jaundice.Methods From January 2021 to June 2023,76 neonates with jaundice received in Yushan County Huangjiasi Hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group(38 neonates)and observation group(38 neonates)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given refined nursing on the basis of the control group.The serum total bilirubin level,gastrointestinal function(milk intake,stool frequency),sleep quality,jaundice regression time and parental satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with before nursing,the serum total bilirubin level of the two groups decreased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the serum total bilirubin level of the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the milk intake and stool frequency of the two groups increased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the milk intake and stool frequency of the observation group were more(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the excellent and good rate of sleep quality in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the jaundice regression time of the observation group was shorter,and the parents'satisfaction score was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing can promote the regression of neonatal jaundice,help to down-regulate the serum bilirubin level of children,improve their gastrointestinal function and sleep quality,shorten the regression time of jaundice,and improve the satisfaction of parents.
