摘　　要：目的研究集束化手术室护理对胃肿瘤切除术患者应激反应及不良情绪的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将2021年1月-2023年1月我院诊治的196例胃肿瘤切除术患者分为对照组和观察组,各组98例。对照组给予常规手术室护理,观察组采用集束化手术室护理,对两组手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、拔管时间)、不良情绪指标(焦虑、抑郁评分)、术后恢复指标(首次排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后排便时间)、并发症发生率进行比较。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与对照组比较,观察组拔管时间缩短(P<0.05);与护理前比较,两组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且与对照组比较,观察组护理后焦虑、抑郁评分更低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组首次排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后排便时间缩短(P<0.05);与对照组并发症发生率的16.33%比较,观察组并发症发生率更低,为5.10%(P<0.05)。结论集束化手术室护理可减轻胃肿瘤切除术患者不良应激反应,改善不良情绪,促进手术顺利进行,缩短术后恢复时间,促进患者术后快速恢复,值得临床应用。Objective To study the effect of cluster operating room nursing on stress response and adverse emotions in patients undergoing gastric tumor resection.Methods Using the random number table method,196 patients undergoing gastric tumor resection in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were divided into control group(98 patients)and observation group(98 patients).The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was given cluster operating room nursing.The surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,extubation time),adverse emotional indicators(anxiety,depression score),postoperative recovery indicators(first exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative defecation time),and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05),but compared with the control group,the extubation time of the observation group was shorter(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased after nursing,and compared with the control group,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the first exhaust time,postoperative ambulation time and postoperative defecation time in the observation group were shortened(P<0.05).Compared with 16.33%of the incidence of complications in the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower,which was 5.10%(P<0.05).Conclusion Cluster operating room nursing can reduce adverse stress response,improve adverse emotions,promote smooth operation,shorten postoperative recovery time,and promote rapid postoperative recovery in patients undergoing gastric tumor resection.It is worthy of clinical application.
