叙事护理联合正念减压疗法对精神分裂症患者冲动行为的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨精神分裂症患者采用叙事护理联合正念减压疗法对冲动行为的影响。方法选取本院2022年1月-2023年6月收治的精神分裂患者62例,所有精神分裂患者均处于稳定期。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组采用叙事护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上施加正念减压疗法。两组护理满意度、生活质量、不良情绪变化情况(SDS、SAS)及冲动行为[外显冲动行为量表(MOAS)]。结果与对照组护理满意率的74.19%比较,研究组护理满意率更高,达96.77%(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组护理后社会、情感、躯体、生理评分升高,SDS、SAS评分降低,且护理后1、2、4、8周MOAS评分降低(P<0.05)。结论采用叙事护理联合正念减压疗法可提高精神分裂患者护理满意率及生活质量,减轻患者不良情绪以及冲动行为,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy on impulsive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Totally 62 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected.All patients with schizophrenia were in stable phase.They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with narrative nursing intervention,and the study group was treated with mindfulness decompression therapy on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,quality of life,adverse emotions(SDS,SAS)and impulsive behavior[elucidated the modes of actions(MOAS)]were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with 74.19%of the control group,the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher,reaching 96.77%(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the society,emotional,physical and physiological scores of the study group increased,the SDS and SAS scores decreased,and the MOAS scores decreased at 1,2,4 and 8 weeks after nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing combined with mindfulness decompression therapy can improve the nursing intervention effect and quality of life of patients,reduce patients'adverse emotions and impulsive behavior,and is recommended for clinical application.
