摘　　要：梨状肌综合征(PS)是引起腰、臀、腿等部位疼痛的常见综合征,由于对其损伤机制认识不充分,临床工作者对PS的评估还不全面,仅根据体格检查和病史做出诊断较为主观。近年来,超声、肌电图和磁共振成像(MRI)等辅助技术已被广泛用于确诊PS。尽管PS的治疗方法颇多,但已有研究证实运动康复疗法可以在最小副作用下获得更高疗效。然而,无论是诊断技术还是运动干预PS都需要更大样本量和更多研究来证实其对PS的相关效能。本文旨在综述与PS损伤机制和运动康复诊疗相关的实证研究,通过查阅分析现有研究结果,初步总结和分析运动康复干预PS的动作切入要点,以期为PS的运动康复诊疗和后续研究提供理论依据和研究基础。Piriformis syndrome(PS) is a common syndrome that causes pain in the waist,buttocks and legs.Due to insufficient understanding of the mechanism of injury,the evaluation of PS by clinical workers is not comprehensive,and the diagnosis is subjective only based on physical examination and medical history.In recent years,assistive techniques such as ultrasound,electromyography,and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) have been widely used to diagnose PS.Although there are many treatment methods for PS,it has been confirmed that exercise rehabilitation therapy can achieve higher efficacy with minimal side effects.However,both diagnostic techniques and exercise interventions for PS require larger sample sizes and more studies to confirm their efficacy on PS.The purpose of this paper is to review the empirical research related to PS injury mechanism and exercise rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment.By consulting and analyzing the existing research results,the key points of exercise rehabilitation intervention in PS are preliminarily summarized and analyzed,in order to provide theoretical basis and research basis for exercise rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment and follow-up research of PS.
