摘　　要：目的:探讨创伤后癫痫(PTE)病人生活质量的影响因素。方法:选取2012年1月—2023年11月于山西医科大学附属第一医院就诊的创伤性脑损伤(TBI)病人222例,其中,PTE病人55例,非PTE病人167例,按照外伤程度将符合纳入与排除标准的20例PTE病人与40例非PTE病人纳入研究。采用SF-36健康调查量表(SF-36)中文版比较两组病人的生活质量,采用多重逐步线性回归分析生活质量的影响因素。结果:PTE病人SF-36的健康变化维度评分明显低于非PTE病人。焦虑、抑郁、硬膜下血肿、脑内血肿、额颞叶损伤和吸烟是影响PTE病人生活质量的主要因素。结论:PTE病人的生活质量较非PTE病人差,关注PTE病人的心理和精神问题,避免诱发癫痫发作与各种影响因素,是提高病人生活质量的主要手段。Objective:To investigate the factors influencing quality of life in patients with post-traumatic epilepsy(PTE).Methods:A total of 222 patients with traumatic brain injury(TBI)including 55 PTE patients and 167 non-PTE patients were included in the study.Among them,20 PTE patients and 40 non-PTE patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for further analysis according to the degree of trauma.The Chinese version of the SF-36 Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the quality of life,and multiple stepwise linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of quality of life.Results:The health transition score of SF-36 in PTE patients was significantly lower than that in non-PTE patients.Anxiety,depression,subdiural hamatomal,intracerebral hematoma,frontotemporal lobe injury,and smoking were the main factors affecting the quality of life of patients with PTE.Conclusion:The quality of life of PTE patients is worse than that of non-PTE patients.Attention should be paying to the psychological and psychiatric problems of PTE patients and avoiding seizures and various influencing factors are the main means to improve the quality of life of patients.
