摘 要:在印尼的发展历程中,大米扮演着至关重要的角色。大米是印尼人的主食和饮食文化的重要组成部分,形塑了印尼人的国家认知和身份认同。大米供应和粮食安全更是印尼经济和社会稳定的重要保障。印尼独立后,各届政府把实现大米自给自足作为国家发展的目标。苏加诺时期,在发展民族主义的指导下,对大米的控制成为印尼政府对领土、秩序和权力本身控制的象征。苏哈托时期,大米增产成为印尼威权政治和现代化的重要方略,并在1985年实现了短暂的大米自给自足。民主化改革后,印尼大米政策日益市场化和国际化。如今作为印尼可持续发展的重要内容,大米生产以及粮食安全更成为印尼应对全球挑战的关键战略议程。In the development process of Indonesia,rice has played a pivotal role.As the sta-ple food and a core component of Indonesian food culture,rice has shaped Indonesian state recognition and identity.Rice supply and food security have also been crucial safeguards for Indonesias economic and social stability.Since independence,successive Indonesian govern-ments have prioritized achieving rice self-sufficiency as a national development goal.During the Sukarno period,under the guidance of developmental nationalism,control over rice be-came synonymous with control over territory,order,and authority itself.Under Suhartos re-gime,increasing rice production emerged as a key strategy for authoritarian governance and modernization,culminating in a brief period of rice self-sufficiency in 1985.Since Indonesias democratic transition,its rice policy has become increasingly market-oriented and internation-alized.Nowadays,as a critical element of Indonesias sustainable development,rice production and food security stand at the forefront of its strategic agenda to address global challenges.
