香芍颗粒联合替勃龙对围绝经期综合征患者睡眠障碍的影响

摘　　要：目的研究香芍颗粒联合替勃龙对围绝经期综合征患者睡眠障碍的影响。方法选取2022年6月至2024年6月江西省妇幼保健院收治的120例围绝经期综合征伴睡眠障碍患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(60例)、观察组(60例)。对照组予以替勃龙治疗,观察组在对照组方法基础上加用香芍颗粒治疗,比较两组的临床疗效,并比较两组治疗前后的中医证候积分与性激素[雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]水平、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]、不良情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]评分。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的各项中医证候积分与总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的E2水平高于对照组,LH、FSH水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的PSQI、SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者采用香芍颗粒联合替勃龙对睡眠障碍的改善效果显著,可减轻临床症状,调节性激素水平,提升睡眠质量,缓解不良情绪,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of Xiangshao Granules combined with Tibolone on sleep disorders in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods A total of 120 patients with perimenopausal syndrome and sleep disorders admitted to Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(60 cases)and observation group(60 cases).The con-trol group was treated with Tibolone,and the observation group was treated with Xiangshao Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,sex hormone levels(estradiol[E2],luteinizing hormone[LH],follicle-stimulating hormone[FSH]),sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep quality index[PSQI]),adverse mood(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS])scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chi-nese medicine syndrome scores and total scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the E2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LH and FSH levels were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI,SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiangshao Granules com-bined with Tibolone has a significant effect on the improvement of sleep disorders in patients with perimenopausal syndrome,which can reduce clinical symptoms,regulate sex hormone levels,improve sleep quality,and relieve bad emotions,which is worthy of promo
