综合性护理模式在脑血管造影及神经介入治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析综合性护理模式在脑血管造影及神经介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2023年10月至2024年4月核工业四一七医院神经内科治疗的90例脑血管病患者为研究对象,其中2023年10月至12月的45例患者作为对照组,2024年1月至4月的45例患者作为观察组。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合性护理。比较两组护理效果、护理满意度评分、术后止血时间、术后平卧时间、术后住院时间及并发症发生情况等。结果干预后,观察组手术认知、饮食、肢体活动度、患者配合度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的术前宣教、心理指导、术中监测、术后观察与服务态度满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的止血、卧床、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理模式能明显提升全脑血管造影和神经介入治疗患者的治疗效果,降低并发症发生率,具有一定的应用价值和实际意义。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing mode in cerebral angiography and neu-rointerventional therapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with cerebrovascular disease treated in the Department of Neurolo-gy,the Nuclear Industry 417 Hospital from October 2023 to April 2024 were selected as research objects,45 patients from October to December 2023 as the control group and 45 patients from January to April 2024 as the observation group.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing mode.The nursing effect,nursing satisfaction score,postoperative hemostasis time,postoperative lying time,postoperative hospitalization time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of surgical cognition,diet,limb activity and patient cooperation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of preoperative education,psychological guidance,intraoperative monitoring,postoperative observation and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The duration of hemostasis,bed rest and hospitalization in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing mode significantly improves treatment outcomes in patients undergoing cerebral angiography and neurointerventional treatment,reduces the incidence of complications,and demonstrates notable practical value and application significance.
