摘  要:目的探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在对病房呼叫铃应答及时性中的影响。方法选取2022年1月至6月南昌市第一医院的50例住院患者作为对照组,选取2022年7月至12月南昌市第一医院的50例住院患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规管理,观察组采用FMEA管理。比较两组流程各环节时间、护士文明服务评分、不良事件发生率以及患者满意度。结果观察组患者使用呼叫铃后护士反应时间、护士接听呼叫铃时间、患者得到处理时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项护士文明服务评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FMEA管理可提高病房呼叫铃应答及时性,有效提升护士文明服务水平,从而为患者提供更加及时有效的服务,有助于减少不良事件发生,故患者更加满意护理服务。Objective To explore the impact of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)on the timeliness of ward call bell response.Methods A total of 50 hospitalized patients from January to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and a total of 50 hospitalized patients from July to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group received routine management,while the observation gr oup received FMEA management.The time of each step,nurse civilized service score,incidence of adverse events,and patient satisfaction were compared between two sets of processes.Results The response time of nurses,the time for nurses to answer the call bell,and the time for patients to receive treatment in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The civilized service scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of the obser-vation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion FMEA management can improve the timeliness of ward call bell response,effectively enhance nurses'civilized ser-vice level,and provide more timely and effective services for patients,which helps to reduce the occurrence of adverse events and make patients more satisfied with nursing services.
