经方柴胡桂枝汤临床应用的研究进展

摘　　要：柴胡桂枝汤是国家中医药管理局第二批颁布的中国古代经典名方之一,也是临床常用的经方,首载于东汉医家张仲景《伤寒论》,其组方精妙,融合了桂枝汤与小柴胡汤的精髓。由桂枝、黄芩、人参、甘草、半夏、芍药、大枣、生姜、柴胡等九味中药组成,既和解少阳,又调和营卫,体现了中医“和”的治疗思想。其组成简单,疗效显著,至今仍在临床广泛应用,对于一些现代医学难以治愈或者治疗产生副作用较大的疾病,可起到显著的疗效,并降低治疗过程中的毒副作用。文章综述了柴胡桂枝汤治疗精神心理类疾病、消化系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、妇科疾病及神经运动系统疾病等,对柴胡桂枝汤治疗各类疾病的原理进行浅述,为经方的进一步研究与开发提供理论依据。Chaihu Guizhi Decoction is one of the second batch of classic Chinese prescriptions issued by the State Admin-istration of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and is also a commonly used clinical prescription.It was first recorded in Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases during the Eastern Han Dynasty.Its formula is exquisite and combines the essence of Guizhi Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction.It is composed of nine traditional Chinese medicines including Guizhi,Huangqin,ginseng,licorice,pinellia,peony,jujube,ginger and bupleurum,it not only harmonizes the Shaoyang meridian but also harmonizes the Yingwei,reflecting the therapeutic concept of"harmony"in traditional Chinese medicine.It has a simple composition and significant therapeutic effect,and is still widely used in clinical practice.For some diseases that are difficult to cure with modern medicine or have significant side effects,it can achieve significant therapeutic effects and reduce the toxic side effects during the treatment process.The article summarizes the treatment of mental and psychological diseases,digestive system diseases,respiratory system diseases,gynecological diseases,and neuromotor system diseases with Chaihu Guizhi Decoction.It briefly describes the principles of Chaihu Guizhi Decoction in treating various diseases,providing theoretical basis for further research and development of traditional Chinese medicine formulas.
