摘 要:蜱作为重要的传播媒介,可携带并传播多种病原体,如病毒、立克次氏体、螺旋体、衣原体、原虫等,这些病原体能够引起人畜共患病,严重危害人类生命安全。开展精准、快速的蜱传病原体检测,对蜱传疾病的预防和诊断具有重要意义。目前,应用于蜱传病原体感染的分子检测技术主要有巢式PCR法、荧光定量PCR法、多重PCR法、环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)等,其中LAMP具有特异性强、灵敏度高、扩增快速高效、操作步骤简单且产物易观测等特点,是现场检测蜱传病原体的重要方法。本文综述了近年来LAMP在常见蜱传病原体检测中的应用进展,为后续的蜱传病原体检测研究和发展方向提供参考依据,也为蜱传疾病的预防和诊断提供借鉴意义。Ticks serve as significant vectors for the transmission of various pathogens,including rickettsia,spirochetes,chlamydia,and protozoa,which can carry and lead to zoonotic diseases and pose a substantial threat to human health.The precise and rapid detection of tick-borne pathogens is crucial for the diagnosis and prevention of associated diseases.Current molecular detection technologies for tick-borne pathogens mainly include nested PCR,quantitative real-time PCR,multiplex PCR,and loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP).Among them,LAMP demonstrates distinctive advantages including superior specificity,high sensitivity,rapid and efficient amplification,simplified operational workflow,and visualizable detection results,making it particularly suitable for on-site pathogen screening.This review systematically summarizes recent advancements in the application of LAMP for common tick-borne pathogens,offering insights into future research directions in tick-borne pathogen detection as well as contributing to the diagnosis of related diseases.
