档案外包寄存服务行业发展现状与优化路径

摘　　要：档案外包寄存服务作为服务外包领域的重要组成部分,对档案事业发展起着重要的推动作用。通过对现阶段我国外包寄存行业的深入分析,发现在区域发展、企业生存、服务质量、需求匹配、档案安全等方面仍有较大发展空间。基于此,提出促进区域协调发展、构建资源分配新秩序,支持企业蓬勃成长、塑造市场发展新格局,完善服务标准体系、引领质量水平新态势,调整技术投资结构、激发行业发展新动能,强化档案安全保障、探索多元合作新形式等建议,旨在为新时代档案外包寄存行业提供切实可行的发展路径,推动其健康、稳定和可持续发展。As an important part of service outsourcing field,the archival outsourcing and storage service plays an important role in promoting the development of the archival undertaking.Through in-depth analysis of the current outsourcing and storage industry in China,it is found that there is still much room for development in terms of regional development,enterprise survival,service quality,demand matching,and archival security.Based on this,it is proposed to promote coordinated regional development and establish a new order for resource allocation,support the vigorous growth of enterprises and shape a new pattern of market development,improve the service standard system and lead the new trend of quality level,adjust the structure of technology investment to stimulate new momentum for industry development,strengthen the archival security guarantee and explore new forms of diversified cooperation,aiming to provide practical development paths for the archival outsourcing and storage industry in the new era,and promote its healthy,stable,and sustainable development.
