摘　　要：目的:采用文献计量学对旋覆代赭汤的相关文献进行可视化分析,深入挖掘研究现状并探讨其研究热点。方法:计算机检索自建库至2024年2月1日中国知网、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据等数据库收录的有关旋覆代赭汤的相关文献。采用NoteExpress软件合并剔除重复文献,采用CiteSpace 6.3.R6软件对年度发文量、作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果:纳入文献878篇,涉及220种期刊,其中发文最高的期刊为《光明中医》;涉及作者1589位,其中作者发文量最大的是袁红霞;涉及发文机构874家,其中发文量最大的是天津中医药大学。纳入关键词共260个,“旋覆代赭汤”出现频次及中心性最高,其次为“反流性食管炎”“中医药治疗”“治疗效果”“呃逆”,从关键词共现及聚类分析可见,目前该方的研究内容集中在临床治疗相关疾病,主要有反流性食管炎、呃逆、胃食管反流病、呕吐等。结论:旋覆代赭汤主要用于治疗反流性食管炎、胃食管反流病、呃逆、呕吐等,研究热点主要包括旋覆代赭汤的临床应用范畴及治疗效果,通过临床应用及实验研究探讨药效成分及通路以阐明作用机制是未来的研究方向。Objective:To conduct a visual analysis of the relevant literature on Inula and Hematite Decoction using bibliometrics,deeply explore the current research status and discuss its research hotspots.Methods:Computerized searches were conducted in databases such as CNKI,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database,and Wanfang Data from the establishment of the databases to February 1,2024,for relevant literature on the study of Inula and Hematite Decoction.NoteExpress software was used to merge and eliminate duplicate references.CiteSpace 6.3.R6 software was employed to conduct a visual analysis of the annual publication volume,authors,publishing institutions,and keywords.Results:A total of 878 articles were included,covering 220 journals,among which the journal with the highest number of articles was Guangming Journal of Chinese Medicine.There were 1589 authors involved,with Yuan Hongxia having the highest number of articles.A total of 874 institutions were involved,with Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine having the highest number of articles.A total of 260 keywords were included,with"Inula and Hematite Decoction"having the highest frequency and centrality,followed by"reflux esophagitis","traditional Chinese medicine treatment","therapeutic effect",and"hiccups".From the co-occurrence and cluster analysis of keywords,it can be seen that the current research on this formula mainly focuses on the clinical treatment of related diseases,mainly including reflux esophagitis,hiccups,gastroesophageal reflux disease,and vomiting.Conclusion:The research hotspots of Inula and Hematite Decoctionmainly include its clinical application directions and the therapeutic effects of TCM.Exploring the pharmacodynamic components and therapeutic pathways through clinical application and experimental analysis methods to clarify the mechanism of action is the future research direction.
